RED SOFT, a Russian software developer, and Biforcom Tech, a Russian manufacturer of telecommunication equipment, agreed to cooperate on technological issues and jointly test products for compatibility. Within the framework of this cooperation the tests were carried out and the operability of the TNC-500 thin client under the RED OS operating system was confirmed.
TNC-500 thin client by Biforcom Tech is a family of small form-factor computers designed for organization of remote workplaces and access to application servers. TNC-500 thin client received the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on the production of industrial goods on the territory of the Russian Federation (PP RF №719). It was listed in the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products (PP RF No. 878) and the Register of Industrial Products Produced in the Territory of the Russian Federation.
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, which provides a universal environment for the use of application software. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (No. 4060 dated January 12, 2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (No. 3751).
